Starting June 12, I’m beginning the high performance summer program.
Morning:
Monday – Friday : 10 am – 12:30 pm

Focus on drills, repetition and technical development

Afternoon:
Monday – Thursday : 3 pm – 5:30 pm

Focus on point play and strategy

Fitness : 5:00 pm – 5:30 pm
